All members are encouraged to be actively involved in the life and leadership of Faith, according to the time and talents of each individual.
These leadership areas include:
The Lay Deacon works with the pastor in the areas of youth and confirmation.
Elders assist the pastor in ministering to the spiritual needs of the congregation. Each is assigned a geographical area of responsibility.
The Church Council is the governing body of the congregation and is responsible to administer all of the congregation’s affairs, except those matters which may only be approved or acted on by the General Assembly (all voting members).
Standing Committees oversee the operational wellbeing of the major functions of the congregation. These committees operate under the five ministries of the Church Council (Ministries of Care, Gifts, Outreach, Properties, Youth and Education).
Ministry Leaders head groups focused on addressing specific needs or demographics.
